Your first assessment.
The assessment is a guided walk through your property and priorities. We discuss baseline conditions, photographs and readings, communication preferences, and the reporting experience.
The fee is $49, credited toward your first month if you enroll in a recurring plan on the same day. Request a preferred date using the form; Lantern reviews the location and confirms the appointment personally. Please do not put door codes, alarm information, or other access credentials in the inquiry form.
